RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and user agreement presented to you. Any dissatisfaction with the products you have purchased, any problems arising from production and service will be carefully evaluated and resolved as soon as possible.
Since our company has adopted unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you buy is under the guarantee of our company. Our company is obliged to comply with the Consumer Rights Law. We fulfill these obligations.
Please open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, keep a record with the cargo company and do not take delivery of the product. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Returns of used, destroyed and similar products are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered, and in case of use, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
CANCELLATION, RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Size information of all products put on sale is indicated. In this context, the consumer should place their orders by taking this information into account. The buyer does not have the right to change in this context.
Products are produced and sent according to the size that consumers accept and order online. Returns/exchanges of the products sent within this framework are not accepted due to "size incompatibility".
Returns and exchanges of products whose original packaging is damaged, used or destroyed are not accepted.
Exchanges without invoices are not accepted.
When you receive the order, open the product next to the cargo company representative and check it. You shall keep a record with the cargo company representative about the products that you think are faulty, defective, worn / damaged. Otherwise, there are no refunds for products. The right to return the worn and damaged products that the cargo company has opened and checked is reserved.
There are no refunds for products that have been modified, individually designed and/or tailor-made.
Our company does not cover the shipping cost due to this process.

With the Provision Code, the reflection of the fee on your statement takes place within the framework of your agreement with the bank. You can contact your bank with your provision code for fees that are not reflected in your statement.
Taxes and expenses paid at the customs (customs duty, value added tax, excise duty and compensatory taxes, etc.) due to service delivery are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not subject to return. The Customer shall act by accepting this.
