What should I pay attention to while placing an order?

First of all, you are required to pay attention to provide complete and updated information on the membership form when registering with us. If any problem arises with your order our customer will get into contact with you using your contact details you provided us with in your membership form. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address specified by you during the order process. You are required to provide us with full address details and contact information to avoid any problem in delivery.

How can I place orders?

First of all, you have to become a member to our site in order to place an order on our site. After creating your membership account on our site you may go to the page of the product you want to buy and choose its color and size and then you may add the product to your shopping cart simply by clicking on the “add to my shopping cart” button. Afterward you may complete your order by clicking on the “My Shopping Cart” on the top right corner of our page and then entering your full delivery address and contact and payment details the system asks.

With which cargo company my order will be shipped?

Your domestic orders that you will place on our website are sent with Yurtiçi Cargo, and your international orders are sent with DHL Cargo.

I have placed an order, what happens next?

Following the receipt of your order in our system in a smooth manner, without any problem we will sent you a confirmation letter specifying the details of your order to your e-mail address you used while registering for membership on our site. Our customer representatives will prepare your product(s) and ship it (them) through the cargo and freight company to deliver your order to you as soon as possible in a smooth and proper manner without any problem. Following the receipt of your order in our system, it will be shipped not later than four (4) business days. A further e-mail will be sent to you by us upon delivery of your product(s) to the cargo company to ensure that you are informed you about the shipment details. We accept a variety of payment options including without any limitation credit cards of Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard, bank transfer or cash on delivery (paying at the door).

How can I track the status of my order?

You can track the status of all of your orders placed on our website by logging in with your membership credentials (membership number and password) and then by viewing the status of your order(s) on the “My account” page.

My order is shipped. How can I check the shipping status of it?

You can track the status of your order(s) placed on our website after logging in with your membershipcredentials (membership number and password) and then clicking on my account page where all of your orders are displayed. You can track the status of your order(s) during shipment by logging in to your account and clicking on the shipment link next to your order that has been shipped.

What should I pay attention to while acknowledging receipt of the product from the cargo company?

You are required to open and check the packages that you think might have been damaged during transportation in the presence of an authorized officer from the cargo company delivering the product. If the product is damaged in any manner whatsoever then please cause an official report to be prepared and signed by the authorized officer of the cargo company, and do not acknowledge receipt of the package(s). Please always keep in mind that you will be deemed to have accepted that the cargo company has properly performed its transportation obligations once you have received the package(s).

What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

Click on the “I forgot my password” link on the login page and enter your e-mail address you initially registered on our website, and shortly afterwards you will receive an e-mail containing your initial password that you first used to register with the site and to create your membership account.
