Membership Agreement (13 August)

1. PARTIES AND CONTACT INFORMATION

This Agreement is executed between  , the owner of the website and mobile applications ("Platform"), namely ("COMPANY"), and the user who becomes a member of the Platform ("MEMBER"), for the purpose of determining the terms and conditions for the MEMBER's utilization of the services offered by the COMPANY.

2. DEFINITIONS

• Platform: Refers to our website, mobile applications, and mobile website.
• Services: Refers to all technical operations performed by members, including shopping, campaign tracking, and activities carried out via the "My Account" panel.
• Privacy and Data Policy: Refers to the supplementary text accessible at all times on the Platform, setting out the principles regarding the processing of personal data.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

• 3.1. Declaration of Accurate Information: The MEMBER agrees that the information provided in the membership registration form is accurate and up to date, and undertakes to indemnify the COMPANY for all damages it may incur due to the inaccuracy of such information.
• 3.2. Password Security: The membership password is created personally by the MEMBER and cannot be transferred to third parties. The responsibility arising from any unauthorized use of the password belongs solely to the MEMBER.
• 3.3. Lawful Use: The MEMBER shall not use the Platform in a manner that disrupts public order, violates public morality, harasses others, or infringes upon intellectual property rights. The MEMBER shall not engage in activities that disrupt the operation of the platform, such as spam, viruses, or Trojan horses.
• 3.4. Content Responsibility: The opinions and thoughts shared by MEMBERS on the Platform are entirely personal; the COMPANY cannot be held responsible for the legal consequences of these opinions.
• 3.5. Modification of Services: The COMPANY reserves the right to modify or suspend the design, content, or services offered on the platform at any time without prior notice.
• 3.6. Termination of Membership

  The MEMBER;

  May terminate their membership at any time via the My Account -> Terminate My Membership menu on the user interface.

• Behaviors threatening system security reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the membership in such cases.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA (KVKK)

• 4.1. The COMPANY processes the MEMBER's personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) for the purposes of managing orders, exercising membership rights, and fulfilling legal obligations.
• 4.2. The MEMBER declares that they have accessed detailed information regarding the processing of their data via the "Privacy Notice". They may exercise their rights to rectify, delete, or obtain information about personal data by applying to info@nedocollection.com .
• 4.3. The MEMBER's browsing information on the platform (IP address, cookies, location data, etc.) may be collected through technical methods (beacons, identification cookies) in order to improve the user experience.

5. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

If the MEMBER consents to receiving commercial electronic messages during or after the registration process, they accept receiving informational communications containing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions from the COMPANY. The MEMBER reserves the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All software, designs, trademarks, and imagery on the Platform belong to the COMPANY. The MEMBER may not copy, reproduce, or use these contents for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVIDENCE AGREEMENT

• 7.1. The COMPANY shall not be held liable for service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as cyberattacks, natural disasters, or infrastructure failures.
• 7.2. In potential disputes, the database and computer records of the COMPANY shall constitute conclusive evidence (Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure - HMK).

8. TERMINATION AND JURISDICTION

• 8.1. Either party may terminate the membership at any time upon unilateral notice.
• 8.2. The courts and execution offices located at the headquarters of  shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

9. ENFORCEMENT

This agreement, which enters into force upon the MEMBER's electronic approval, is executed between the parties for an indefinite period.
